Ms Gadliba has been serving as a member of the Management Board since 2014. She has also been the Chair of the Executive Board and the CEO since 2016. From 2011 to 2018, she was a Vice President of the Company. Ms Gadliba graduated from the Higher School of Economics with a management degree in 2004.

Mr Artemiev has been serving as a member of the Management Board since 2008. Currently he also occupies the post of Executive Vice President of the Company. Mr Artemiev also served as a member of the Board of Directors of the Company for the period from 2008 to 2017, as a Vice President of the Company from 2012 to 2016, as a Deputy CEOof Renaissance Finance LLC from 2013 to 2019, as an Executive Vice President of the Company from 2016 to 2018 and as a First Deputy CEO of the Company in 2018–2019. Mr Artemiev graduated from Novosibirsk State University with a degree in mathematical economics in 1996.

Mr Tarasov has been serving as a member of the Management Board and as a Vice President since 2014. He is also a member of the Board of Directors of NSPF Renaissance Pensions JSC and the Deputy CEO for Legal Issues at Renaissance Health JSC. Prior to this, Mr Tarasov served as a First Deputy CEO of the Company from 2014 to 2018. He then worked as the Deputy CEO for Legal Issues at Intouch Insurance JSC from 2017 to 2018. Mr Tarasov graduated from Kutafin Moscow State Law University with a degree in law in 1999.

Mr Tinyakov has been serving as a member of the Management Board since 2016. Currently he is also a Vice President of the Company and the CEO of Renaissance Health JSC. Prior to becoming a member of the Management Board and a Vice President, Mr Tinyakov served as a Director of the St. Petersburg branch of the Company for the period from 2010 to 2017. For the period from 2015 to 2018, he served as a First Deputy CEO of the Company. In 2018, Mr Tinyakov held the posts of Director of Corporate Insurance as well as acting CEO of Renaissance Health JSC. Mr Tinyakov graduated from the Tolstoy Tula State Pedagogical University with a history teaching degree in 2001.

Ms Barakhnina has been serving as a member of the Management Board since 2012. For the period from 2012 to 2016, she served as the Chair of the Company’s Management Board. Currently Ms Barakhnina also serves as a Vice President. Prior to this, she was a member of the Board of Directors of Sputnik Asset Management from 2015 to 2017. After that she served as a Vice President and First Deputy CEO and as a member of the Company’s Executive Board from 2016 to 2018. From 2018 to 2019, Ms Barakhnina was the First Deputy CEO of Renaissance Insurance Group JSC. She graduated from the Financial Academy under the Government of the Russian Federation with an economics degree in 1993. In 2003, she graduated from the Organisational Financial Management master’s programme at the Russian Academy of National Economy under the Government of the Russian Federation. Ms Barakhnina received an Internal Auditor Certificate from the Institute of Internal Auditors in 2011.
