Mr Baburin has been serving as a member of the Board of Directors since 2019. He serves as an Investment Partner at Baring Vostok Capital Partners and as a member of the Board of Directors of Viasat World Limited, Gallery Media Holding Limited, IVI.RU LLC and several other companies. He served as the CEO of International School LLC from 2017 to 2018 and of Renaissance Life LLC from 2019 to 2021. Prior to this, he also served as a member of the Board of Directors of NSPF Renaissance Pensions JSC from 2020 to 2021 and worked in analytical coverage for Goldman Sachs of CEEMEA transportation companies with a focus on airlines, ports and railroads. He graduated from the Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology with bachelor’s and master’s degrees in applied mathematics and physics in finance. Mr Baburin also has a master’s degree in economics from the Russian Economic School.

Mr Vaynshelboym has been serving as a member of the Board of Directors since [2021]. Currently he also occupies a leading position at a private family office. Prior to joining the Company, from 2012 to 2016, he was the CEO and a member of the Board at Renaissance Capital bank, where he was responsible for performing sales, research and trading coverage in emerging and frontier countries and initiated successful restructuring that led the company back to profitability. From 2010 until 2012, he served as the CEO and was a member of the Board at Otkrytie Capital, where he achieved profitability in 12 months from inception. From 2006 to 2007, Mr Vaynshelboym served as the Managing Director for Equity Products at Deutsche Bank. Prior to that, he had served as the Head of Equity Products at Renaissance Capital bank and as the Managing Director for Equity Products at Deutsche Bank, while also holding positions at United Financial Group and at J.P. Morgan Chase. Mr Vaynshelboym graduated from Tver State University in 1990 and has a degree in economics. He completed an MBA programme at Pace University New York in finance in 1996.

Ms. Anna Evdokimova has been serving as a Member of the Board of Directors since 2021. In addition, Anna Evdokimova is the Venture Capital Investment Director at Millhouse wh ere she previously served as a Deputy Head of Corporate Finance from 2006. Ms. Anna Evdokimova is a Member of the Board of Directors of various companies, such as 110 Industries Ltd, Genome Protection Inc, Incuron Inc, Open Web Technologies Ltd, Anyclip Ltd and other companies. Anna Evdokimova received a linguistic degree in the Moscow State Linguistic University. She has also graduated from MBA program at the Fordham University.

Mr Jordan has been the head of the Group since September 2006. He founded the Sputnik Group in 1998. In 1995, he founded and headed Renaissance Capital bank. Mr Jordan has been serving as the Chairman of the Board of Directors since 1999. In addition, he also serves as the President and as a member of the Executive Board of the Company. Mr Jordan also serves as a member of the Presidium of the All-Russian Union of Insurers and as a member of the Presidium and a member of the Executive Board of the Alexey Jordan Charitable Foundation for Assistance to the Cadet Corps. Mr Jordan was a member of the Board of Directors of Renaissance Life from 2004 to 2021 and a member of the Executive Board of Renaissance Life from 2018 to 2020. From 2012 to 2021, Mr Jordan also served as a member of the Presidium of the Russian Association of Motor Insurers. Mr Jordan also occupied the post of Chairman of the Board of Directors of NSPF Renaissance Pensions JSC. Mr Jordan received an art degree from the College of Arts and Sciences of New York University.

Mr Kozachenko has been serving as a member of the Board of Directors since 2021. He has been a member of the Board of Directors of City Supermarket LLC since 2017. Currently Mr Kozachenko also serves as an Investment Director at Invest AG LLC, where he has been engaged in investment projects in FMCG and the internet sector since 2015. Prior to joining Invest AG, he held various positions at Procter & Gamble, at Detsky Mir and at the investment company AFK Sistema. Mr Kozachenko graduated from the Financial University under the Government of the Russian Federation with an economics degree and received a master’s degree in economics from the same university.

Mr Kuranov has been serving as a member of the Board of Directors since [2017] and has been serving as a Vice President of the Sputnik Group since 2016. He currently occupies the post of Vice President of the Investment Project Division of the Company’s Asset Development Department. He previously held various positions at United Capital Partners from 2013 to 2016. Prior to joining the Company, Mr Kuranov served as a member of the Board of Directors of Sputnik Asset Management in 2017. From 2017 to 2019, Mr Kuranov was the CEO of Polys Perspective LLC. From 2017 to 2021, he was a member of the Board of Directors of Renaissance Life. In 2018, Mr Kuranov worked as a member of the Board of the Foundation at NSPF Renaissance Pensions JSC. Mr Kuranov graduated from the National Research Nuclear University MEPHI with a degree in engineering physics and received an economics degree from the Financial University under the Government of the Russian Federation.

Mr. Vitaly Pyltsov has been serving as a Member of the Board of Directors since 2021. Mr. Vitaly Pyltsov also acts as a Chief Operating Officer in TerraLink Group. Fr om 2014 to 2015, Mr. Vitaly Pyltsov acted in capacity of a Chief Operating Officer of Russian Direct Investment Fund (RDIF) and Co-COO of Russian-China Investment Fund (RCIF) – a joint investment platform of RDIF and CIC. Earlier in his career, for more than 20 years he occupied several positions at Ernst & Young in audit department serving, including, as a Global Client Service Partner on local and international client assignments in various countries and industry sectors (retail, consumer products, diversified industrial groups), as a Chief Operating Officer at the Ernst & Young CIS, managing the operations of 12 Ernst & Young offices in CIS, as well as an Audit Partner at Ernst & Young Munich also being a member of Global Siemens service team. Mr. Vitaly Pyltsov graduated from the State Finance Academy in 1990 and has a degree in international economic relations.

Mr Riabtsov is a co-founder and Managing Director of the Sputnik Group. He has been serving as a member of the Board of Directors of the Company since 1999, and he has also been the Executive Vice President of the Company’s Asset Development Department since 2012. Since 2013, Mr Riabtsov has been the CEO of Holding Renaissance Insurance LLC. He has also been serving as a member of the Board of Directors of NSPF Renaissance Pensions JSC since 2018. Mr Riabtsov also served as a member of the Board of Directors and as an advisor to the Chief Executive Officer at Renaissance Life Insurance Company LLC prior to 2021. He served as the Head of the Investment Department of the Representative Office of Sputnik Investment Limited in Moscow from 2012 to 2019. From 2010 to 2021, Mr Riabtsov was a member of the Board of the Alexey Jordan Charitable Foundation for Assistance to the Cadet Corps. From 2010 to 2017, he served as a member and as the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Sputnik Asset Management. He has also served as the CEO of Directivo Capital and as a member of the Management Board of Asset Management Company Sputnik Charitable Foundation JSC. He previously served on the board of a number of the Sputnik Group’s investments, including Europa Plus, Kievstar GSM and Glenrock Holdings Limited. From 1995 to 1999, he served as Vice President of IBD for Renaissance Capital. Mr Riabtsov received an economics degree from the Financial Academy under the Government of the Russian Federation.
