Under Renaissance Insurance Group’s dividend policy, the company aims to pay out dividends in the amount of at least 50% of net profiton an annual basis. Decisions on the recommended dividend amount will be made subject to the Group’s investment needs in terms of business development (including M&A), the achievement of key strategic goals and compliance with capital adequacy requirements.
