Insurance policies that are valid throughout the country, with round-the-clock support from an online veterinarian, can be purchased on the MTS website.

Dogs and cats from 3 months to 8 years of age can be insured through one of three packages, which include reimbursement of the costs of treating a pet at veterinary clinics as well as for harm that may be caused to the health or property of third parties. Each package also includes online consultations with a veterinarian, which are available 24/7. The partner Vetexpert will offer consultations in case of illness or provide an independent opinion regarding diagnoses and treatment plans. The minimum price of annual insurance is RUB 2,100 for dogs and RUB 1,300 for cats.
