Yulia Gadliba, CEO of the Renaissance Insurance Group, won nomination Business Leader of the Year, annual award of the Banki.ru marketplace.

The Expert Council of this award chose Yulia Gadliba, CEO of the Renaissance Insurance Group, as the Business Leader of the Year.

"Bank of the Year" is the Banki.ru’s annual award held for the 15th time this year. The representatives of major insurance companies, banks, microcredit facilities took part in the award. The Expert Council of this award choose the winner in each nomination. The key criterion is remarkable results for the former year (financial performances, as well as events and solutions with positive-affecting development).


“I am very proud of such a high award by the professional community. The past year was good for us. We showed impressive growth in key financial performances, and also became the first insurance company in Russia with successful full-scale IPO,” notes Yulia Gadliba, CEO of the Renaissance Insurance Group.
Yulia graduated from the Faculty of Strategic Management of the Higher School of Economics. She has been working in insurance since 2003. In 2008, Yulia became the Head of Sales Marketing Support Center in Renaissance Insurance and the Head of Motor Insurance Claim Handling Department in North-West Division. Since 2012, she headed Retail Sales. Since 2013 Yulia was the Director of the whole Retail Office, including Sales, Handling, Underwriting, Marketing and Quality Control Center. In November 2016, Yulia Gadliba was appointed CEO of the Renaissance Insurance.
