The Corporate Secretary ensures that the Company acts in compliance with the law, the Company’s Charter and the internal regulations which guarantee the exercise of shareholder rights and lawful interests, ensures the interaction between the Company and its shareholders, ensures the preparation and holding of meetings of the Board of Directors and its committees, contributes to the development of the Company’s corporate governance practices.

Pursuant to the Company’s Charter, the Corporate Secretary is elected by the Board of Directors for a three-year term.
