We observe an increasing level of comprehensive insurance customer satisfaction: in 2021, it reached the level of 38%. This indicator is measured based on NPS surveys we conduct on a monthly basis.

Our company demonstrated a 14% growth rate on key active clients, i.e. individuals holding one or more insurance contracts. We use management accounts for contract information and internal system data to measure this performance indicator.

We have launched online insurance services to make sure that not only residents of megacities, but also drivers living far away from them, could access our insurance services and products. Individual underwriting is available in the banking sales channel. This means that people who could not have insurance cover in the past now have access to these products and services.

We are creating an inclusive digital environment: the websites of Renaissance Life, Renaissance Insurance and the Renaissance Auto mobile application are adapted for different categories of clients.

Our charity projects

Since 2019, we have been helping the Nikolay Bogatikov Memorial Charitable Foundation in Support of Road Traffic Victims. We provide financial assistance and involve our own team of psychologists to support care recipients.


We participate in the Russian environmental and charitable volunteer project "Kindness Caps" and make the world cleaner and help children.


Renaissance Life has been helping the Podari Zhizn Foundation since 2013. The Company donates funds, participates in charity events, and engages company employees and clients in numerous charity projects.

We monitor Net Promoter Score

Our eNPS (Net Promoter Score) is improving from year to year. In 2021, it has gone up at 14.17% versus 2020. We continue to implement various projects to improve this indicator.

In 2020, we have launched the SkillUp internal training project. Within 2 years, 36 employees tried themselves as trainers and mentors and trained 678 team members.

Renaissance Life has developed a corporate training course. In 2020, the Product Acceleration project was launched: 73 employees had the opportunity to test their business ideas for viability and offer them to potential customers.
In 2021, 150 training programs for staff members have been developed and motivational and practical workshops launched. The Company involved professionals to act as industry experts and help colleagues to develop new skills and competencies.
The Company team members have access to remote training in own mobile system. We regularly update the system adding new courses covering theory and practical skills. The course attendees have the opportunity to receive a detailed feedback on completed tasks from their trainers and experts.

Renaissance Life pays a lot of attention and cares about the quality of services provided by partners, and prevents misselling: potential customer misleading. In 2021, 1,242 partner employees completed insurance product training and competent sales based on client needs.
