We have launched online insurance services to make sure that not only residents of megacities, but also drivers living far away from them, could access our insurance services and products. Our charity projects
Since 2019, we have been helping the Nikolay Bogatikov Memorial Charitable Foundation in Support of Road Traffic Victims. We provide financial assistance and involve our own team of psychologists to support care recipients.

Our eNPS (Net Promoter Score) is improving from year to year. In 2021, it has gone up at 14.17% versus 2020. We continue to implement various projects to improve this indicator.
